Even though im flattered that you like my icons I would have appreciated if you had waited for me to respond before you assumed that I would let you use my icon. No where in my Artists Comments does it say that my icon is for free use and I would appreciate it if people would wait for my response before downloading and uploading my icons as their Avatars. You shouldn't have bothered asking if you were just gonna steal my art anyway.

it's fine, and you can use it, I just got like 5 requests to use my icon and none of them waited for the response before they used them...i guess that just annoyed me because I don't really understand the point of asking if you're not going to wait for a response....
